Regional Collaboration General Counseling Office

In the counseling room, we support patients and their families under our philosophy, "Safety, honest and advanced specialized medical care that is safe and convincing." Patients and their families will use our hospital with peace of mind, and will respond to consultations so that they can reduce concerns about recuperation life.

It is composed of medical social workers, nurses, and office work, and staff according to the consultation contents of patients and families cooperate with in-hospital staff and local related organizations (medical care, health and welfare).
※Medical social workers are professionals who support the resolution and coordination of economic, psychological and social problems of patients and their families from the standpoint of social welfare, and promote rehabilitation.

We have established a general consultation desk to receive various consultations from patients and their families and requests and complaints to hospitals.

Before hospitalization, we will explain the treatment performed during hospitalization, orientation about hospitalization life, check the medicines to bring, evaluate nutritional status, and check the use of welfare and nursing care services. We provide support before hospitalization so that patients can imagine hospitalized life and receive medical care with peace of mind.

We provide support in cooperation with in-hospital staff and local related organizations so that patients and their families can concentrate on treatment, medical treatment, and rehabilitation with peace of mind and live a safe life after discharge.

• Regional Cooperation General Counseling Room staff (medical social workers, nurses, administrative staff, depending on the content of the consultation) will respond.
