Last updated on April 1, 2023.
1.Overview
When I ate cucumber, I had bitterness.
2.Results of the survey
It is thought to be cruvitacin (elatericin), which is a component of bitterness contained in cucumber. In particular, it is often contained in the head and there is no harm to eating.
3.Commentary
Kukurubitacin is a glycoside contained in cucumbers and other cucumbers and other cucumbers and has bitterness. It is often found in the head of dark green color. Bitterness is said to be more susceptible to low temperatures, lack of water, or significant physiological drying.
However, the strength of bitterness is genetically different, and in practical cultivation, there are many varieties that do not feel bitter at all.
