The peroxide value was as high as 155, and oil loss was observed.

4.Reference

The acid titer and peroxide titer are indicators of the degree of loss of food using oil. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has established guidelines for confectioneries containing oils and fats.
1."Confectionery must not exceed the acid value of the oil and fat of the product and the peroxide value must not exceed 30."
2."Confectionery must not exceed the acid value of the oils and fats of the product, or the peroxide value must not exceed 50."
It's a coincidence.
