After purchasing bamboo shoots and boiling them for a few days, it had a strong eg taste.

Bamboo shoots are not mature plants, but young plants that grow at a very fast pace. Bamboo shoots have the property of hardening the meat quality and increasing the eg taste over time after digging. You need to boil it as soon as possible. If you add rice juice or rice bran when boiled, the eg taste and acne will be removed. The components of acne are thought to be oxic acid or calcium oxicate.
