Information on Shinyoshida Area Initiatives

• "Silver Gymnastics Shinyoshida" is being held. (Updated October 23, 2007)

Gymnastics gatherings began once a month in June of this year with the aim of preventing nursing care for everyone in the Shinyoshida area and interacting with residents. Participants are also very popular for having fun experience stretching and breathing techniques. It is a gentle exercise that anyone who is worried about lack of exercise can easily do. Please feel free to join us.

• Time From 10:00 am to 11:30 am (reception from 9:30)
• [Place] ： Large conference room on the 4th floor of Nitta District Center
• [Participation fee] ： 200 yen per time (including insurance premiums)
• [Your belongings] Easy-to-move clothes, bath towel, sweat towel, drink　※Don't forget to drink to prevent dehydration.
