Distribution of documents such as final income tax returns for 2024

Documents pertaining to the final income tax return for 2024 will be distributed from Monday, January 27, 2025.
The number of copies distributed by the tax office is limited, and distribution may be terminated early.

　Distribution at the Konan Ward Office, Konandai Station Administrative Service Corner and Kami-Ooka Station Administrative Service Corner has ended.
　
　Please check with the Yokohama Minami Tax Office for details.
　Alternatively, you can download the form from the NTA website linked below.

※1 Even at the administrative service corner, it may run out of stock in about one week.
※2 There will be no additional distribution at the end of distribution, so you will be responsible for the Address area where you live.
　　　Please consult with the tax office or use the download and final income tax return preparation section described below.

　　　1. 301 Meeting Room on the 3rd floor of Konan Ward Office　※Distribution at the Konan Ward Office has ended.
　　　2. Konandai Station / Kami-Ooka Station Administrative Service Corner　※Distribution at the Administrative Service Corner has ended.

　　　Form A of the tax return has been abolished since 2022, and has been integrated with Form B to form a “final tax return”.

　　　　　⇒Final tax return, separate taxation documents, loss-related documents, etc.
　　　　　※It is only a basic document, and there is no income tax payment form.
　　　②　Konandai Station and Kami-Ooka Station Administrative Service Corner
　　　　　⇒Final income tax return (Tables 1 and 2 only) and documents related to medical expenses deduction
　　　

　　　Please submit it to the tax office that governs your Address area (in the case of Konan Ward, Yokohama Minami Tax Office).

　On the NTA website, various forms for 2024 are posted and can be printed.
