I would like to introduce healthy playground equipment in Konandai Nishi Park.

How to use healthy playground equipment

Health playground equipment	Name	How to use it	Effect
	Abdominal bench	Put a bar on your feet and make your abdominal muscles with your knees bent.	It is effective in improving muscle strength of the abdominal muscles.
	Stretch your back Bench	Sit deeply and warn your upper body back along the back plate. You can use it while standing.	It is effective for preventing back pain and stretching the upper body and strengthening the lower back.
	Spring bar	Grab the bar and hang down. You can also hang out from that state.	It is effective for stretching muscles around the back and improving muscle strength.
	Stretch hoop	Sit in a chair, raise both hands, hold the bar, and fall your body sideways.	It has a stretch effect on the back and side.
