The notice of the change in Address, which was mailed in early November, will be the certificate of the change in Address.
If the number is insufficient or if you are under 16 years of age and need a certificate, please request a "Certificate of Change of Residence Indication" (free) at the Registration Section office of Family Registry DivisionHodogaya Ward Office after December 6.

We will send a "permanent domicile Correction Notice" to the first person in family register to inform the permanent domicile change after December 6.
This will be a certificate for changing the permanent domicile, such as rewriting the permanent domicile column of your driver's license.
If the number is insufficient, please request "Certificate of Change of Land Name (permanent domicile Change Certificate)" (free) at the Hodogaya Ward Office Family Registry Division family register Office after December 6.
