Komatsuna just before harvesting
Under the guidance of the farmers, experience the harvesting of carrots and leafy vegetables (spinach or komatsuna).
Winter carrots are very sweet. Please try raw carrots once.
Spinach and komatsuna are also called cold tightening and the umami increases.
The taste, aroma, and crispness are exceptional.
Please enjoy the deliciousness of winter vegetables at home during the cold season.
