New pickle of olives
Under the guidance of farmers, we make new pickles using olives from Yokohama city.
Olive pickles are olives made by cutting astringent after harvesting and soaking them in salt water.
You can take home the olives that are being processed and the bottle for preservation.
Olive that is still rare in Yokohama.
Through trial and error according to the soil and climate of the field, we grew it with great care and finally came to be able to harvest the fruit.
Why don't you participate in the experience and enjoy new olive pickles at home?
