Transfer of farmland rights

Article 3-3 Notification (download of notification form (outside site))
(Persons who have acquired farmland by inheritance after December 15, 2009 need to notify the Agricultural Committee with farmland. For more information, please contact each Agricultural Committee.
The transfer of farmland rights for cultivation purposes requires the procedures under Article 3 of the Farmland Law.
Article 3 Permission
(When setting and relocating rights for farmland, certain qualifications (conditions) are required. The committee or prefectural governor examines the qualifications (conditions) and cultivation status of the recipient. )
The flow of permission and the required documents are in the Agricultural Committee. For more information, please contact each Agricultural Committee.
