What is the Agricultural Committee?
It is an administrative organization established in municipalities based on the "Act on Agricultural Committees".
The Agricultural Committee performs procedures determined by laws such as the Agricultural Land Law, examines the inheritance tax grace system for farmland, and performs procedures for farmer pensions. In addition, we are conducting activities related to optimizing farmland use, such as surveying the use of farmland.
In Yokohama City, the city area is divided into two, and the Agricultural Committee (Yokohama City Central Agricultural Committee, Yokohama City Southwest Agricultural Committee) is set up in each.
