※Upon receiving an application for permission, the Agricultural Committee will send documents to the mayor of Yokohama (department in charge: Green Environment Bureau Agricultural Policy Promotion Division), who is the licensee, along with opinions determined in light of the criteria for permission to convert farmland (location standards and general standards).
※After receiving the documents from the Agricultural Committee, Yokohama City examines the application contents and decides on permission and non-permission disposal.
