The 4th plan is based on the “Minami Ward, a town where the inhabitants of the ward live-a town where each inhabitant with various personalities and values has a connection with the community, supports each other, and can live with a healthy, personal, and peace of mind. We will promote the realization of the following four goals based on our basic philosophy.
Goal 1: Let's spread activities to watch and support people who tend to be isolated with each other's gaze.
Goal 2: Let's promote the creation of opportunities and places where residents of various personalities and generations can participate and play an active part.
