Last updated on February 5, 2020.

Work 1

This is a work from Kodai S. Kaoru.

The inside is cut out and used as a pot.
In the pot, firefly pots, water kazura, snow split grass, kuchishi, etc. are planted. It seems that it took two to three days to make a bowl.
The cherry blossom wood is hard, so the husband seemed to have had a hard time cleaning the inside.

Work 2

Image of cloth woven with thread dyed with cherry blossoms

This is the work of Ooka 2-chome Yoshiwara (car shop kimono shop). I dyed silk and wool using twigs and made fabrics and shawls.
We opened and exhibited the shop from 10:00 to 19:00 from Friday, September 18, 2009 to Friday, September 25, for the general public. .

Work 3

Ota Elementary School teacher only images

At Ota Elementary School, as part of the Yoho Elementary School Exchange Project, a new second-year to first-year student presented a work using cherry twigs. (implemented in February 2009)
The photo of the work is only for the teacher, but I heard that the new second grader enjoyed making the work very much, and the new first grader was very pleased with the work. .

Work 4

Image of Wakamiyacho T's work

This is a work from Mr. Wakamiyacho T.
Because the cut of the log was diagonal, it seemed that it took a considerable amount of time to cut it with a saw until it became flat, polished with a file.
He said that while working, he deepened exchanges with his neighbors and had a good time.
You are decorating rabbit figurines, but it is a wonderful space that is completely familiar and wonderful.

Work 5

This is a work from Mr. Konan Ward O.

An image of a cherry-colored scarf.

I sent you a picture of dyed silk shawls using the branches.
It seems that the whole process of dyeing takes 2 to 3 weeks. It seems that he has tried and errored so that the dyeing solution is made, left and oxidized, and the reddish pink color appears.
Several types of scarves with different colors are now available. If you put it on your neck, you will feel like you are wrapped in soft cherry blossoms in full bloom.

Works 6

I would like to introduce the works I made during the activities of Schoolchildren's Day Care Idogaya.

Image of wool dyed with cherry branches

Idogaya Schoolchildren's Day Care has been dyed with leaves, flowers and fruits of various plants. I dyed the wool using the branches of "Sakura's Memory". It is dyed in various colors depending on the condition of the dyeing liquid and the fixing material.
As an activity from autumn, children use this wool to perform textiles and knitting.

Image of Bird Call

I made a bird call. The instructor seemed to cut and drill holes by hand, but he said that the cherry trees were hard and sticky, so cutting was very difficult. The bark is very beautiful, but it seems that while the children used it, they were polished and shiny.
In addition, it was used in a variety of ways in the rooms of schoolchild Nursery School, as a tapestry side tree, a vase stand, and a laveyard.

Work 7

Introducing H's work that picked up Sakura branches. There are only very nice things such as baskets and lighting. They said they made cherry branches in combination with wisteria and chocolate vine. It is a new discovery that you can spread the work by combining materials!

Work 8

Here are some of the works of K who picked up the branches. There were small items made of wood skin, mobile straps made by carving wood, and chopstick rests made from twigs. All of them are delicate works. But if you have a chopstick rest, you can feel free to try it.
