Introduction of the work of "Sakura's Memory" Part 2

Last updated on February 5, 2020.

Work 9

Image of a brooch using a branch of a cherry tree

This is a work of the local workshop "Cosmos Maita", which picked up cherry blossom materials.
There was a brooch that looked like a branch of a tree as an owl. In addition to the brooch posted here, there is also a mobile strap. The pattern is different one by one, and it's very nice.

The thick branches are also used in gardens and verandas in your life. Just put it, the atmosphere comes out and it's very good.

Works 12

Mr. I's work is a picture frame and a vase stand.
The cherry blossom wood is not suitable for carving fine things, but it seems that it was used only for the frame, but the work inside is also very elaborate. The vase stand is also very firm and is active at the ward office counter.
This work is on display at the 27th window on the 4th floor of the ward office, so please take a look at it when you come to the agency.

The picture frame is sakura wood.

I also provided the work again. Three kinds of mini tables, picture frames, mortar and pestle miniature objects.
The cherry tree trunk is left on the edge and frame of the table, and it tastes very good.
The miniature of the mortar and pestle is a very cute work.
This work is on display in the display case next to the entrance of the office on the 6th floor of the ward office, so please take a look when you come to the agency.

This is a work from Shinkawamachi K.
The work on the left is used as a stand to dig a shelf board in the middle and place flower pots.
The work on the right is used by hollowing out a hole so that a flowerpot is embedded in the upper part, holding a flowerpot, and installing a bamboo framed decoration behind the flowerpot.

This is a work of Ooka Elementary School 6th grade 2.
He sent a work to the ward office with a cute letter.

I make a photo box with a cloth dyed with plant dyeing using the tip of the cherry tree. It seems that everyone made a matching work before graduation.

After learning, "What does it mean to leave Ookagawa's memory of Sakura?", He made a work.

Works 16

This is the work of H of Asahi Ward.

It is a stand where you can set up a shoehorn using cherry branches and a shoehorn.
The "leek" part that actually touches the feet is carefully sled so that the slip is better, and it has a very smooth touch.

This work is on display in the display case next to the entrance of the office on the 6th floor of the ward office, so please take a look when you come to the agency.

Memory work of cherry blossoms

"1.3.2" is a work created by Yoshiki Takemura, an artist with an atelier in Minami Ward, using cherry trees from Ookagawa.

This work was selected for the Kanagawa Prefectural Art Exhibition, the largest art contest in Kanagawa Prefecture, and the two-dimensional division.
(Exhibited at Kanagawa Kenmin Hall from September 2 to September 13, 2015)

It is a large work with a height of 80 cm, and it seems that the work was devised to dry the wood and smooth the surface.
