On November 9, we held the first herb course we want to incorporate in our daily lives at the multipurpose hall on the first floor of the Minami Ward Office.
I learned about horticultural therapy, which heals the mind and body by interacting with greenery and flowers, the effects of herbs, how to grow and use them. Participants had a lively question-and-answer session while tasting herbal tea, and enjoyed the course in a peaceful atmosphere.
Going forward, we will continue to implement the “Garden Necklace Yokohama” project, a town development with greenery and flowers.
