　One year after my arrival, I visited events such as round-table conferences and festivals held in each district, and everyone greeted me with a smile. From that point on, I realized the warmth of the region, and at the same time, I also received a strong desire to excite the region.
　In this fiscal year, we would like to steadily deliver the safety and security of our lives, such as child care, disaster prevention and anti-crime program, to the residents of the city, and to promote the appeal of Minami Ward in various forms both inside and outside the city.
　The corona is over, and local festivals and events are gradually restarting. In addition to events such as the "Minami Cherry Blossom Festival" in spring, which is exciting throughout Minami Ward, we will introduce many local attractions, delicious shops and souvenirs both inside and outside the city. Everyone in Naka Ward and Nishi Ward, please come and visit Minami Ward.
　Continuing from last fiscal year, we will continue our efforts to create a town where everyone can feel "connection" and "warmness" and want to continue living together with our staff for the development of Minami Ward.
