"Minor Points" is a business in the country where you use a My Number card to make reservations and apply for minor points, and when you charge or shop with the selected cashless payment service, points are awarded.
It is possible to use a wide range of cashless payment services such as IC cards (electronic money), QR code payments, and credit cards.

You can make reservations and apply for minor points from your smartphone or PC. If you do not have a compatible smartphone or personal computer and have difficulty completing procedures at home, please use the "Minor Point Procedures Spot" installed at a nearby post office or convenience store. There is also a special booth on the first floor of Nishi Ward Office, which can be used by those who already have a My Number Card (until October 30, 2020).

To get minor points, you need to obtain a My Number card. But it's more information than ear to those who are busy during the day.
In Yokohama City, we have set up a 3-minute walk from Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi, which is convenient for transportation, to accept applications for My Number Cards on weekdays and nights and on weekends.
If you live in Yokohama City and apply for a My Number Card for the first time, you can apply at this window. The completed card will be mailed to your home (personal limited receipt mail). You can also take a photo of your face at the counter for free.
