Support for persons with disabilities (use of welfare and health systems)
Support for persons with physical and intellectual disabilities
We perform use adjustment and supply decision such as obstacle welfare services.
In addition, we receive life consultation of person with a physical disability and intellectual disability and provide assistance such as advice.

- Issuance of welfare notebooks for the physically handicapped and nursing notebooks (love notebooks)
- Acceptance of application for various disability allowances
- Acceptance of application for independence support medical care (rehabilitation medical care)
- Determination of disability welfare services
Decidation to provide home-based services such as home helper (home-care worker), daytime activities and short-term admissions
Admission adjustment to facilities for persons with disabilities
Determination of payment of assistive devices and daily life tools (Nissei tools) to persons with disabilities
