Duties
We recruit Tsuzuki inhabitant of a ward activity center clerk!
We perform the following duties about social movement, lifelong learning.
- Consultation, coordination, networking (consultation from people who are interested in local activities or individuals and organizations that are already active in the community, coordination and network creation that connects various local actors, etc.)
- Discovery, training, and coordination of human resources who are active in the community
- Planning and implementation of courses, events, workshops, etc. (holding regional debut courses, holding exchange events between activity groups, etc.)
- Collection and dissemination of information (on-site interviews, participation in meetings, and information dissemination on projects sponsored by the center, organizations operating in the community, and human initiatives)
- Providing a place for activity groups, lending equipment and conference rooms
- In addition, support necessary for promotion of social movement and lifelong learning and office work accompanying it
- In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
Application requirements
- Those who are willing to actively work on supporting citizens' participation in social activities and local activities
- Those who are willing to plan and implement projects for solving local issues while gaining knowledge about various social activities and local activities in the city
- Those who want to coordinate various people and groups to create new activities in the city

Working conditions
- Appointment period April 1, 2007-March 31, 2008 ※If your work performance is good, you may be re-appointed. (up to 4 times)
- Working days and working hours
- In principle, 4 days a week from Monday to Saturday, 8:45 to 17:15 (including 60 minutes break) ※Rotation work. There are days and holidays due to events, etc. Excludes New Year holidays (December 28 to January 4 of the following year).
- Monthly salary ¥193,900 ※Payment of end-of-term, diligence allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) separately
- Social insurance employment insurance, Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) and employee health insurance (Yokohama Mutual Aid Association)
- Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the "Ordinance on Salary and Expense Reimbursement of Employees for the Fiscal Year of Yokohama City".

Selection method
