1.Flow from Registration Application to Appointment
1 Submission of registration documents | Please fill in the registration form (registration form (word: 24KB)) required items and bring it to [Tsuzuki Ward Health and Welfare Division Health Promotion Section] or submit it by mail. |

2 Registration Procedures | The application will complete the registration procedure. (The validity period of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2026.) |
Notification of selection from 3 wards (we will contact you if appointment is necessary) | Interview selection will be conducted for those who meet the conditions such as occupation and number of working days recruited from registrants. The date and time of the interview will be notified individually to the registered person. |
4 Submission of application documents | If you wish to make a selection, please submit the application documents (application form and resume (word: 22KB) and a copy of the certificate proving qualification requirements) by the designated date. |
5 Selection | Interview selection will be conducted. |
6 Communication of selection results | After the selection is conducted, we will inform you of the results of the selection. |
Appointment as appointment staff for the 7th fiscal year | If you are hired as a result of the selection, we will perform the appointment procedure as an appointment staff for the fiscal year. |

Registration does not guarantee appointment. Even if you register, if the conditions are not met, we will not contact you for the selection.
2.Eligibility
Qualification requirements vary depending on the job you want.

3.Job type, working conditions, etc.
(1) Job type

① Health promotion-related business nursing staff
② Health promotion-related business dietitian
③ Health promotion-related business dental hygienist
(2) Working conditions
Please refer to the list of registered occupations (PDF: 141KB)
※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.
(3) Identity
Fiscal year appointment staff stipulated in Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Act
(4) Appointment period
Appointments will be made as necessary during the period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)
4.Disqualification
In the event of disqualification for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act, the appointment of the fiscal year appointment staff cannot be made.
(1) Persons who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer received.
(2) A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
(3) A person who is in the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment for committing a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act
(4) Political parties or other organizations that claim to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
A person who has formed or joined the organization
(5) A person who is to be based on the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)
5.Health check-up at the time of employment
If necessary, you may be asked to consult physical checkup at the time of hiring.
6.Others
(1) The personal information described in the submitted documents will not be used for any purpose other than the appointment procedure for the fiscal year appointment staff.
(2) Please note that submitted documents will not be returned.
(3) If the 2025 budget is not voted on by the Yokohama City Council, it may not be adopted even if it passes the selection.
