Voicemail service (voice message board) can be used for safety confirmation in survivors if a disaster occurs and it is difficult to contact us directly over the phone.
Even if you can't talk directly to the other party, you can exchange information by putting each other's messages in the email.

Free public telephones in the event of a power outage
If a power outage occurs over a wide area due to the major earthquake, etc., not only special public telephones but also general public telephones can be used free of charge until the power outage recovers.
