The 1st Asia Smart City Conference

On October 31, 2012, the Asia Smart City Conference was held in Pacifico-yokohama.
The “Asia Smart City Conference” invites mayors and international organizations from emerging Asian countries to exchange opinions on the technologies and knowledge of smart cities such as renewable energy and low-carbon town development, as well as Yokohama's advanced initiatives and best practices. It is an international conference hosted by Motoichi for the purpose of sharing.
This conference was held as one of the programs of Smart City Week 2012, an international conference and exhibition that gathers knowledge of smart cities around the world in Yokohama and disseminates them to the world, with the cooperation of Nikkei BP for inviting and operating participants.
