The 4th Asia Smart City Conference
In fiscal 2015, the 4th Asia Smart City Conference was held as a place for the mayors of Asian cities and experts from international organizations to come together to share knowledge for the realization of a sustainable city.
In this fiscal year, at the subcommittee, participants will present their urban development initiatives and programs of support organizations, conduct specialized discussions according to each theme, and then bring the discussions of each subcommittee to hold a general meeting. I did it. In the round table session of the plenary session, it was proposed that the participating cities and organizations be networked as the "Asian Smart City Alliance (ASCA)" in order to strengthen cooperation toward the creation of a sustainable city.
These contents were compiled as the 4th Asia Smart City Conference Declaration (Yokohama Declaration), and the 6th Asia-Pacific Economic and Social Commission of the United Nations Asia-Pacific Economic and Social Commission held in Jakarta, Indonesia on Wednesday, October 21, the following day. The Asia Smart City Conference will be used as a place for sharing knowledge for sustainable town development, and in order to solve issues, participants will not only have the mutual relationship between cities but also support organizations such as domestic government agencies and international organizations. It is a platform that builds a system that can cooperate in various ways.
