• We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 2) regardless of whether or not they have qualifications. If you can confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 6).
• When submitting proposal-related documents, be sure to check “5 Contents of Proposals” and “7 Submission of Proposals” in the Proposal Creation Guidelines, and prepare the submitted documents.
