（3） All members must be listed in the Reiwa Moto / 2nd Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List

（5） Be sure to determine the secretary and submit an application form for participation, stamped with the representative company seal of the secretary. In that case, the seal of the secretary shall be the same as the one used at the time of contract. In addition, submit a “Application Form for Participation (joint bidding)” with the name of the representative of the joint proposer other than the secretary and stamped with each representative seal.
（6） Submit “Consortium Agreement and Power of Attorney (for bid participation)”
