• Initially, we planned to conduct interviews on the content of the proposal, but we will not conduct interviews in response to the declaration of a state of emergency based on the Act on Special Measures against Pandemic Influenza, which was issued on April 7, 2020.

3. How to submit e-mail

• Please confirm the incoming call by phone.

4. Answer Sending date and method We will send by e-mail around Friday, April 3, 2020.

• We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3) regardless of whether or not they have qualifications. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 5).
• Notification will be given by Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
• An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi Policy Bureau International Horticultural Expo bid promotion section by 5:00 pm five days after city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When an explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date from the day after the city received the document.
