 Anyone who intends to participate in the proposal must meet all of the following conditions and be confirmed to be eligible for participation:
(1) At the time of submitting the application form for participation intention, the business type "Consignment of office work and business" in the Yokohama City General Competitive B "Training business" in the 2019 / 2nd year list of qualified persons (articles / consignment) Those who have been registered.
(2) A person whose "location classification" is "city", "quasi-city", or "outside the city", and whose scale classification is "small and medium-sized enterprises", "large enterprises" or "others".
(3) A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(4) A person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the outline of measures such as suspension of Yokohama City general competition participation and nomination suspension from the date of submission of the application form to the date of determining the contract candidate.
(5) Those who have a track record of management training for general managers of companies since April 2017.

Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request

 The results of the proposal qualification confirmation are scheduled to be shipped on Friday, February 14, 2020.
 Of those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been approved and those who have not been approved will be notified in writing of that effect and the reason. In addition, we will send a proposal-related material submission request form to those who have been approved for proposal qualifications.
 Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
 Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
