（１） In the "Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment)" in Reiwa 3rd and 4th years, there must be registration of "various survey plans (detailed code: C building deterioration survey)" in the business type.
（２） In Reiwa 3rd and 4th year "Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (article, consignment)", location division is registered in the city, scale is registered in small and medium-sized business.
（３） A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
（４） Person who has not received suspension measures by rule of measures summary (April 1, 2004) such as suspension of Yokohama-shi general competition participation suspension and nomination suspension from date of presentation deadline of participation intention application to date of deciding trustee thing.
