A person who satisfies all of the following items
１. Registered in the “Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.)” in 2021 and 4, and register business types as follows.
（１） As a business event, "Various survey planning" is ranked first, and detailed "A: Market / Public Opinion Poll" and "B: Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.) are registered.

（３） Registered as "Construction Consultant Registration_City Planning and Regional Planning Division" with business license and approval.
２. A person who has been entrusted with examination work related to the creation of industrial land and the selection of suitable sites in business locations by any of the national, local governments, or equivalent organizations in the past 10 years
３. A qualified technician (construction section: city and local planning) shall be assigned to the person in charge of this work.
４. Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the measures outline such as the suspension of Yokohama City nomination suspension from the date of submission of the participation intention application form to the date of determining the trustee.
