A person who satisfies all of the following items
（１） Those who have registered in Yokohama City's "Related Items and Consignment (List of Qualified Persons in FY2021 and FY2022)" on the submission date of the application form for participation (Attachment 1). Or, at the time of submission of the application form for participation, the bid participation qualification screening is currently underway, and registration has been completed by the date of identifying the trustee.
（２） A person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination (April 1, 2021)" from the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the trustee.
（３） Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（４） Have experience and achievements in entrepreneurship education for the next generation, such as elementary and junior high school students.
（５） In the case of a joint venture (a community formed for the purpose of jointly performing the work), all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
Oh, representative (secretary person) of member must meet condition of (1), (2) and (4).
(A) All members must meet the conditions of (3).
C. To clarify the division of duties of members in the proposal.
D) The member must not be a member of another consortium that makes proposals for the business. In addition, members of the consortium must not participate as a single company.

（２） Implementation site: Meeting room in Yokohama City Hall (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City) Scheduled
（３） Attendees: There must be no more than 3 persons, including the person in charge of this proposal.
（４） Others Details such as time and location will be announced separately. Interviews will be conducted based on the proposal. Presentations using personal computers etc. will not be accepted.
