The requirements for participation in this proposal are as follows. (It is necessary to satisfy all of the following items (1) to (3))
(1)Person who is registered in business type "other consignment" or "consignment of office work, duties" in Motoichi qualified person list in Reiwa 3.4 .
(2)A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(3)Persons who have not received suspension measures under the provisions of the outline of measures for suspension of Yokohama City General Competition and suspension of nomination (April 1, 2004) from the deadline for submitting the application form to the contract date.

We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal as follows.
(1)Date and time of implementation: Monday, January 17, 2022 [planned]
(2)Implementation site: Yokohama City Central Vocational Training School

(3)Attendees: There must be no more than two persons, including the general manager or chief lecturer.
(4)Others Details such as time will be announced separately.

（3） We notify all companies that sent proposal-related documents presentation request by 17:00 on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.

Notification will be made by Monday, December 6, 2021. (For proposers who have qualifications to participate, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form [Form 3] and an intention application form [Form 4] pertaining to disclosure of the proposal.)

This project is subject to suspension of the budget for fiscal 2022 in Yokohama City Council. If the budget for FY2022 is not voted on, the contract will not be concluded.
