Contract Results and Evaluation Criteria (PDF: 294KB)

The requirements for participation in this proposal are as follows. (It is necessary to satisfy all of the following items (1) to (3))

(1)At the time of registration or submission of an application form for participation in the business type "Other consignment, etc." or "Consignment of office work and duties" in the Motoichi Qualified Person who is applying for registration in the list (related to goods, consignment, etc.) and has been registered by the date of determining the trustee.
(2)It does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
(3)During the period from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the contract date, the suspension of Yokohama City General Competition Participation and nomination suspension have not been received under the provisions of the Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004).

We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal as follows.
(1)Date and time of implementation: Monday, January 17, 2022 [planned]
(2)Implementation site: Yokohama City Central Vocational Training School

(3)Attendees: There must be no more than two persons, including the general manager or chief lecturer.
(4)Others Details such as time will be announced separately.

１．Participation Intention Application Form (Please prepare an application form for each training department)
（１） Companies with intention to participate in proposal, please submit open call for participants type proposal participation intention application form [style 1] PDF (PDF: 112KB) / Word (word: 40KB).
（２） Confirm that you are applying for registration in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in the business type "Other consignment, etc." or "Consignment of office work and business" in the bid participation qualification screening application (for regular application in Reiwa 3.4) Please submit.
２．Proposal (Please prepare a proposal for each training course)
（１） About proposals, please submit each designated style PDF (PDF: 286KB) / Word (word: 59KB).
（２） Number of copies submitted: 2 copies (primary copy, 1 copy for copying)
（３） How to submit: Bring or mail by registered mail
（４） Others Please refer to the proposal preparation procedure PDF (PDF: 250KB) when creating the proposal.

（2） How to submit: Bring, mail by registered mail, facsimile, or e-mail (please confirm incoming calls by telephone except bringing and mailing).
（3） By facsimile, etc. by 17:00 on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, we will notify all businesses that have sent the proposal-related documents submission request form.

Notification will be made by facsimile, etc. by Monday, December 6, 2021. (For proposers who have qualifications to participate, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form [Form 3] and an intention application form [Form 4] pertaining to disclosure of the proposal.)

This project is subject to suspension of the budget for fiscal 2022 in Yokohama City Council. If the budget for FY2022 is not voted on, the contract will not be concluded.
