②In the case of mailing: It must arrive at 5:00 p.m. on August 21, 2023, by registered mail to the 10 City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau Regional Child Care Support Section at 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama 231-0005, Japan (Please specify "bid" in red).
