A person who has the proposal qualification of this proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and have the qualification of the submitter of the proposal.

(4) A person who has a track record of such business or similar business.

(5) If you participate in a single company, you must not be a member of another specific consortium. In addition, members of specific consortiums must not participate as non-consolidated companies.

(6) Conditions for participation in specific consortiums
