Yokohama City, JAL and Daiei Supermarket will collaborate to start full-scale collection of waste cooking oil from homes!

　Yokohama City and Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. ("JAL") have concluded a partnership agreement on the production of SAF (sustainable aviation fuel) using waste cooking oil as a raw material.
　As a first step in our efforts, we have set up a collection box for waste cooking oil at the AEON Food Style Kamoi store operated by The Daiei, Inc. to collect waste cooking oil generated at home.
　We have determined that waste cooking oil can be collected continuously at the Kamoi store, and we will begin full-scale collection on June 5. To further promote our efforts, we will also start collecting waste cooking oil at the AEON Food Style Mitsukyo store and the AEON Food Style Konandai store.
