In order to realize a decarbonized society by 2050, Yokohama City has set a goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by fiscal 2030 compared to fiscal 2013, and is working with citizens and businesses to create a sustainable city model.
This time, the local community actively worked on decarbonization activities, solicited proposals for decarbonization town development district projects to raise awareness of decarbonization throughout the district, and selected two businesses. In the future, we will promote business in each proposed district.
