 Yokohama City is promoting the spread and expansion of renewable energy through public-private partnerships with the aim of achieving decarbonization by 2050.
 We have concluded a partnership agreement with ENEOS Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ENEOS Power) to promote locally grown and consumed's efforts on renewable energy (renewable energy). As part of this initiative, off-site PPA utilizing surplus power from solar power generation facilities installed in homes in the city. ※Power supply in 1 is started with ENEOS Power. In addition, as the first of this initiative, decarbonization preceded areas ※We have decided to supply this electricity to Aka Renga Soko (Yokohama Red Brick Co., Ltd.) located in the Minato Mirai 21 district.
 Based on the cooperation agreement, the two parties will promote the locally grown and consumed by utilizing surplus power from solar power generation installed in households in the city, which is a valuable renewable resource in urban areas, to realize a decarbonized society and a sustainable society.

※1 A contract method that supplies renewable electricity generated by renewable energy sources in places other than power demand areas to purchasers of such electricity via general power grids.

※2 Areas in which the Ministry of the Environment publicly solicited to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, such as "substantial zero CO2 emissions associated with electricity consumption in the consumer sector (home sector, business and other sectors)" by fiscal 2030 according to regional characteristics.
