Yokohama City is working on conservation, a valuable paddy field left in the city.
This is the third time this year to make sake rice, which we started with producers in Higashimata-cho, Totsuka-ku, and sake has been completed with cool spring water and specialty sake rice cultivated by rice-making professionals! Please take this opportunity to enjoy it!
In addition, this year, with the cooperation of Vegetalia Co., Ltd., a company that supports the efficiency of cultivation, we also created the Higashimatano version sake United States cultivation Yomi. In the future, we will consider the use of cultivation yomi and expansion of initiatives.
