Yamashita Park Rest House will be reborn as "THE WHARF HOUSE Yamashita Park" (operator: Yamashita Park Revitalization Project Group). Utilizing the Park-PFI system, which is a method of public-private partnership, this is the first case in Yokohama City as a park facility with a food and drink function.
The Wharf in Name of the facility is a place for Yamashita Park Rest House to accept a large number of people coming and going between the Minato Mirai area and the Motomachi Chinatown area.
