State of the lecture 1

State of the lecture 2

In the lecture, Mr. Maruzaki explained in detail how he became a United Nations employee through an introduction of his background, and also talked about his work at the United Nations Office for Activities Support (DOS).
He also talked about the challenges faced by PKOs and the efforts of the United Nations Triangle Partnership Program (TPP) to address them, as well as his career and work environment.
During the Q&A session, questions were asked about "PKO", "Career", "Women's Role", "Work Environment", "What I gained during the Study Abroad", etc. Mr. Maruzaki received specific answers based on his background and field experience.
At a later date, a student said, "I found that my experience working in the Japanese government has become a very strong strength in my job at the United Nations, and I was able to think that I could aim for bureaucrats as a career option." "I have a better understanding of the triangular partnership. As the number of PKO dispatches from developing countries increases, I felt the effectiveness of projects to make good use of them. It was impressive that efforts were being made in line with such an era. " "I want to deepen my learning in languages and specialized fields, and at the same time, seize opportunities for myself and act so that I can have a good experience." I had such an impression.
