Special feature / Thinking about initiatives related to so-called "garbage mansions"-Three years have passed since the enforcement of the ordinance

  • The so-called "garbage house regulations" of Motoichi were enforced on December 1, 2016, and more than three years have passed. Taking this opportunity as an opportunity, the theme of this "garbage mansion" is the theme of this "garbage mansion", and after discussing round-table discussions with the director, Director General, etc. who are working together, as well as the basic concept and initiatives of the ordinance, we will introduce actual cases and consider the issue of "garbage mansion" from a legal perspective, mental health welfare perspective, and local perspective. Finally, we think about what is needed now in a roundtable discussion by experts, "Thinking about support for people with garbage problems-What is support for filling the gap between the system?"
