What is being done at the plenary session?
Last updated on October 15, 2021.
The plenary session is held on the 3rd or 4th during regular meetings held four times a year (February, May, September, November). In general, on the first day of the plenary session, questions (referred to as bill-related questions) and answers will be made on the bill proposed by the mayor. On the second day of the plenary session, questions (called general questions) and answers about measures of municipal administration in general will be made. On the third day of the plenary session, discussions on bills (explanation of opinions in favor or against) and voting will be held. Please contact the City Council Bureau Parliament Division (TEL 671-3044) for details, as there are some differences depending on the regular meeting.
