About petition about request to other administration, the chairperson asks the mayor for answer and notifies petitioner of the answer contents by mail.
In addition, please note that depending on the contents of the petition, such as those seeking acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, it may be handled not to request examination by the committee or answer from the mayor. The notification of the result of both the petition and the petition will be sent to the petition / petition submitter (in multiple cases, the representative) the day after the final plenary session.
