Proposals are usually referred to the first day of each regular meeting, so please contact the City Council Bureau Parliament Division (TEL 671-3045) after that date. (In addition, at the first and second regular meetings, they will be referred at the second plenary session.)
It is also posted on the “List of Proposals” on the City Counsil website.
