You can submit your petition by bringing or mailing. Petitions can be submitted by bringing, mailing or online. Petitions and petitions sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
　

（１） Submission by bringing

Please come to the City Counsil reception desk on the third floor of the city hall. In addition, we may ask you to make corrections, so if you bring it, we will ask the submitter of the petition / petition as much as possible, but you can understand the contents.

（２） Submission by mail

Please send the petition and petition to the address below. In the case of mailing, the date of arrival will be the acceptance date. If the requirements for acceptance are not met, we will not be able to accept them, so please contact the City Council Bureau Parliament Division (TEL 671-3045) in advance.
