I don't currently have a Keiro Pass, but I want to receive a Keiro Pass that can be used from next October. Please tell me how to apply.

The next year's application for the Keiro Pass will begin around early July.
If you would like to apply, please contact the Keiro Pass Inquiry Dial. Mail the application form (please contact the public Phone number on the City Keiro Pass website).
If you wish to complete the procedures at the counter, please bring your required documents identification documents and other documents to your ward office Elderly and Disabled Support Division. (If you are in proxy/agent, please bring your identification documents from proxy/agent and identification documents from the target person.) 。
