I move (although I died), what should I do with the Keiro Pass?

Please return it to your ward office.
If you are transferred out of Yokohama City before the start date of the validity period (or died), you may be able to return your contribution, so please contact your ward office Elderly and Disabled Support Division. (Refunds cannot be made after the start of the validity period.)
