You can change it from the cardholder page (Vpass) on the Internet or change it.
Please call Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. "FOR YOU Desk" and change it.

※City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau cannot change the membership information because it is managed by Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd., which issues the card.
